Meet the East Coweta Veterinary Hospital Staff

Breelyn Rush, Practice Manager

Hello, my name is Breelyn and I am the practice manager of East Coweta Veterinary Hospital. I am originally from Charleston, South Carolina, but moved to Georgia at a young age. I have been working in the veterinary field for the past five years. I started out as a pet care assistant in early 2014 and have worked my way up to management. I have a Siamese/tortoiseshell mixed cat at home named Opal. When I am not at work, you will find me doing school work, at the gym, reading, or cuddling my sweet kitty Opal! I am so thrilled to be a part of the East Coweta team and cannot wait to meet you and your fur babies!

Beth Ludwig, Surgery Technician

Hello my name Beth Ludwig, I graduated from Berry Collage with a degree in animal science in 2007.I have been working at ECVH as a Veterinary Technician since 2008. I have many fur-kids including 3 dogs, a horse and many cats. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband , hiking/camping with our dogs, and archery. I am also a huge Disney Nerd!

Ashley Snyder, Veterinary Technician

My name is Ashley Snyder. I am from Phenix City, Alabama. Animals have always held a dear place in my heart and I cannot recall a time when I have not had a pet of some sort. I’ve had Conures, parakeets, guinea pigs, cockatiels, a bandee chicken, anoles, tree frogs, geckos, and several dogs. I have recently moved to Newnan and have a Pomeranian mix named Donatello who is my world. I have worked two years in a dog groomer and one year at a veterinary clinic as an assistant before starting my journey here at ECVH. Although I have only been here for a short time, I already love the friendly environment and focus towards doing our best by our customers and their pets.

Ashley Peters, Veterinary Technician

Hello! My name is Ashley Peters and I’ve been with ECVH for a few months now. I started my ECVH journey in the kennel as a kennel assistant but quickly became interested in the veterinary technician world. I am currently training to become a veterinary technician here. I enjoy naps and spending time with my family and friends outside of work. I look forward to meeting all of our wonderful clients and pets.

Holly Kidd, Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Holly! I was born and raised in Georgia. I have been a veterinary assistant for almost five years and am currently transitioning to a technician. My fur babies are Tucker and Mary Jane, whom I love with all my heart. When I’m not working, you can find me working out, at the movies, or relaxing outside. I am excited to continue my passion with the team at East Coweta and taking care of your beloved pets.

Kennedy Hollingsworth, Veterinary Technician

Hi, I’m Kennedy. I was born and raised in Georgia. I began working at East Coweta Veterinary Hospital in June 2020, but I have been a veterinary technician since 2017. In May of 2020, I received my Bachelor’s degree in biology. I have a Labrador Retriever named Rip, and two cats named Link and Zelda. I love all animals, and to me, I have the best job in the world because I get to help provide exceptional care to the animals we see.

Emily Hall, Receptionist

Hello! I am Emily. I have been at East Coweta Veterinary Hospital for almost two years. While pursuing my passion for animals and people, I am currently a full time student at the University of West Georgia. I plan to get my doctorate in Criminal Psychology. My dream career is to be a criminal psychologist for the FBI or GBI. In my free time, I love spending time with my dog Callie! She is a Lab mix and she is the sweetest thing! I also love to read and travel. I look forward to meeting you and taking the best care of your baby!

Erin Dixon, Receptionist

My name is Erin Dixon. I graduated from Newnan High School. Although I have been with East Coweta Veterinary Hospital for just a short time,  I have loved animals all my life. I have a three year old American Akita, a Syrian hamster named Jax and our newest edition, Chi, a three month old Chihuahua. I am currently a receptionist here, as I love people just as much as their fur babies. I enjoy singing in the choir, swimming and spending quality time with my family.

Wendy Kirsche, Receptionist

Hello, my name is Wendy! I have worked in the veterinary field for 16 years, and love it! I have a passion for animals and I’m so excited to have found the East Coweta Veterinary Hospital’s family. I have 3 dogs at home, a German Wired Hair Pointer named Whiskey, a ChiChon named Penelope, and a mixed breed named Buddy. I also have a gorgeous cat named Seven and they are my world! I recently got chickens as well which has been a fun addition to our family! When not at work I love to read, cook, and garden. I love growing my own herbs for cooking, and making oils and bath salts. I am so excited to get to know all of you and work with your sweet babies.

Arianna Courson, Kennel Lead

Hi, I’m Arianna and work in the kennel. I’ve worked for ECVH for several years. I took some time off last year to raise my son Raydin for the first year of his life. Now I’m back and loving it just as much as I did back then. I love seeing all my favorite fur babies!

Hannah Neissel, Kennel Assistant

Hello! My name is Hannah Neissel. I have been a Kennel Assistant here at ECVH since 2019 and, I am currently training to become a Veterinary Technician. Animals have always played a huge role in my life. I started working with animals at a very early age and my passion for helping animals in need grew from there. In the past 3 years I have rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed many animals including guinea pigs, ferrets, sugar gliders, reptiles, and cats. I have a Miniature Australian Shepard, 4 sweet kitty boys, 2 snakes, a leopard gecko, and a sugar glider of my own. I look forward to meeting all of you and your sweet fur children!

Jeanne Masich, Kennel Assistant

Hello! My name is Jeanne and I am a Kennel Technician here at ECVH. I recently moved here from North-Eastern Pennsylvania, where I grew up on a farm with various farm animals. Right now I only have one mixed breed puppy, Mochi, but look forward to adding more fur babies and chickens to my family in the future. I’ve only worked at ECVH since January 2020, but have learned so much in my time here so far! I’m honored be working along side a great staff that provides compassionate and personalized care. I look forward to meeting all of our clients and their fur babies!

Brittany Thompson, Kennel Assistant

Hi, I’m Brittany Thompson and I started working at East Coweta Veterinary Hospital as a kennel technician in December of 2020. I have always had a love for animals and am very excited to get to work with them now. I am a recent college graduate from the University of West Georgia!! When I am not working in my free time I really enjoy going hiking and camping with my border collie mix Zara.
