Please provide us with a phone number where we may contact you should your pet become ill while in our care or should an emergency situation arise. We will make every attempt possible to contact you prior to the treatment of your pet. If you will not be available for us to contact please leave a phone number of a family member or friend we may contact for authorization. You will be responsible for any and all charges that may be incurred.

If there is a specific “pre-existing” condition with your pet you do not wish us to treat, you must inform us in writing on or before the day the pet is dropped off. Please provide this information on the Boarding Admission Form that the Receptionist will give you to sign when your pet arrives to board.
All pets will be treated for fleas and/or ticks upon entry. There will be an additional charge added to the first day of boarding for flea control (Capstar $6.20).
All pets must have proof of a doctor’s exam within the past year. All dogs must be current on Dhlpp/Dhpp, Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough), Canine Influenza, Heartworm test, and a current (negative) Fecal check. All cats must be current on FVRCP, Rabies, and a current (negative) Fecal check.
We will gladly give medications to your pet while he/she is here. There will be an additional charge for this service.
Beds and Toys
We can provide bedding to boarders. Personal blankets and/or bedding may become soiled while your pet is here. Any soiled items will be removed from the pets’ area. We welcome toys, but they may also be chewed up or misplaced during daily activities of your pet. Due to the number of pets here, we are not responsible for belongings.
There is an additional charge for baths. Pick – up time for bathing is between 4:30 – 6:00 pm.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. There are absolutely no pickups on Sundays or on recognized holidays when the clinic is closed.
*Due to liability reasons we can no longer allow you to accompany your pet to the kennel or to retrieve your pet up from the kennel. The kennel assistants will do so for you. If you would like a tour of our kennel please let the Receptionist know and we can arrange that for you.
